Our Drum Top Filter (DTF) Unit sits securely on top a 55 gallon drum. It is constructed with a strong, powder-coated steel, all welded frame. Our DTF Unit is the ideal filtration system for recirculating or transferring fluids in and out of a 55 gallon drum. It includes sampling ports on the inlet and outlet connections to provide ISO Code comparisons. This will allow you to meet your target ISO Cleanliness Codes and prolong the life of your equipment and fluids. Saving you time and money.

Ideal for hydraulic fluids (ISO VG 22 ~ ISO VG 68), our filter panels are designed for filtering new fluids during transfer and replenishment, flushing fluids already in service, removing particulate and water contamination, and conditioning bulk oil before use. The two stage filtration offers the advantage of removing both particulate and water contamination. We also offer an optional inline particle counter to determine your ISO Code real time. 25 PSID by-pass, upstream and downstream oil sampling ports, and true differential pressure indicators. Custom options are available upon request.

We offer a large variety of High Velocity Flushing Skid Equipment in our Rental Fleet. We can pair one of our High Velocity Flushing Skids with one of our High Flow Heater Skids to achieve your desired flow rate and temperature. Typical flow rates range in the 30 - 2,000 GPM range. Explosion proof options are also readily available at a moments notice.
